Product and Serivce: Ferry
- Its more expensive
- Its faster 
(The bus its cheaper but slower)

Demographics : Age 
Physcographics : Stressed out comunter versus the chilled out comunter 

- School Kids - Parents  > School 
- The 9-5 workers 
- Weekends shoppers 
- Mobility 
- D.O.C workers 
- Domestic/International Tourists (international tourists have will have a language barrier) 
- Outdoorsy/Active (recreational) people 
- Couples
- People who hire out for a function/school camps to Matu island

Thinking about the users step by step process before even getting onto the boat. They organisation to get to from, getting the ticket, to the wharf, onto the boat, where to sit etc.

Personal homework:
- Looking at human scicology - human interation with the consumers is so important. 
- People watch! Their mannerisms, how the gester to do one thing to another, observe. Watch/look
- How are people operating on the ferry
- Record thoughts, take photos, shoot film, how are humans in their spaces. 
- Go on the ferry with a mission, a plan. 

Consider:
- Look/Watch - Observe
- Try - Put yourself in the consumers position 
- Engage - Interviewing
