Week 2

 Environment  - Macro Trends (trends that are sticking around) e.g sustainablity, working from home, flexibility (covid) Strengths and weaknesses looking hard and soft at the environment - ethsos Product and Serivce: Ferry - Its more expensive - Its faster  (The bus its cheaper but slower) Types of users:   Demographics : Age  Physcographics : Stressed out comunter versus the chilled out comunter  - School Kids - Parents  > School  - The 9-5 workers  - Weekends shoppers  - Mobility  - D.O.C workers  - Domestic/International Tourists (international tourists have will have a language barrier)  - Outdoorsy/Active (recreational) people  - Couples - People who hire out for a function/school camps to Matu island Thinking about the users step by step process before even getting onto the boat.
